Holy Spirit Parish aims to reach out to any folks in the Susquehanna Valley - Lewisburg, Sunbury, Selinsgrove, Mifflinburg, Milton, Williamsport, and all points in beween -
who yearn for a Christian community aglow with the zeal of the early Church;
who hunger for the incredibly rich two-millennia-long tradition of Catholic liturgy, spirituality, art, and theology;
who seek a Catholic Church sensitive to the needs and sensibilities of twenty-first century worshippers;
and who believe that an essential part of discipleship is working for social justice for the least privileged. "Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to me." (Matt 25:40)
For our first 3 years as a parish, we rented space for services at St. John's UCC Church in Lewisburg (2nd and 4th Saturdays) and St. Matthew Episcopal in Sunbury (1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays). After months of prayer and planning, we relocated to our new site in the village of Montandon, just east of Lewisburg, where we now offer Mass 4 times a week.
Father Kerry Walters is the pastor of Holy Spirit. Ordained in the Episcopal Church in
2005, he incardinated into the ANCC in 2013. He is an award winning author of forty-
one books, many of them on Christian spirituality.

Following the photos of the two churches are some photographic memories of our early years.
